This noodle soup base features lots of umami with no added chemical seasonings. It uses extract from Japan’s original depured Oysters locally raised in Ise-Shima Matoya Bay. Carefully aged Matoya oyster extract matches with fragrant dried fish shaved daily at our factory, creating rich soup base full of umami.
