Very popular among fans all over Japan! This tsuyu base uses plenty of dried bonito and dried mackerel shaved at our factory, creating a rich broth finish of flavorful natural ingredients. Goes well with cold noodles such as somen, hiyamugi, zaru soba and zaru udon, even with tororo gohan. Use as-is without diluting.
This product is “straight” type that cannot be stored too long after opening. It should be completely used up after opening. When storing temporarily after opening, refrigerate as soon as possible and use it up within one or two days.
